Everything we do is free for current Richmond Public Schools students. The only requirement is a USA Wrestling card for insurance.
Monthly Rotating Practices
We practice once a month on Thursdays, rotating across four Richmond Public Schools (RPS) high schools. Each head coach hosts one session per month, keeping the commitment manageable while giving athletes exposure to different coaching styles and training partners.
The schedule below is tentative — the final rotation is being finalized.

Sessions focus on technique, drilling, and live situations — not conditioning. Every experience level is welcome.
